About

The Guardian Treasury & Waqf is the seed of Bayt al‑Māl — the treasury of mercy. It was founded to ensure that no soul is overlooked. What begins today in private form is destined, by Allah’s permission, to expand into a universal institution of assistance for the ummah and beyond.

We believe mercy must flow through structure, not dependency. Personal charity can create imbalance, but institutional mercy preserves dignity and discipline. Through the Guardian Treasury & Waqf, assistance is given in a way that is lawful, structured, and perpetual, echoing the Prophetic model of Bayt al‑Māl.

Our work is guided by three principles:

Mercy as Law — assistance flows through covenantal rules, not personal negotiation.

Discipline in Giving — support is tailored to each case, reviewed regularly, and adjusted according to reserves.

Perpetual Endowment — wealth is treated as amanah, entrusted for the benefit of generations.

At this stage, the Guardian Treasury & Waqf is in its pilot phase. Assistance is limited, but expansion is expected between Summer 2026 – Summer 2027, as greater funding becomes available. We strive to be present for those in need, while knowing that the storehouses of Allah are never empty.

This is the beginning of a treasury that will one day stand as a sovereign lifeline — a structure of mercy, discipline, and generosity, serving humanity wherever they are.
